talkSPORT tips – The best football bets and expert tips for Wednesday 22nd July

The World Cup is now in the rearview mirror and the soccer world is ramping up again this week with qualifiers for all three European competitions and the resumption of Major League Soccer after a two-month break.
There is much to do on Wednesday as thoughts begin to turn to upcoming campaigns. As always, here’s our bet of the day, bet builder and best value acca.
Bet of the day
New England Revolution to beat Toronto – 20/23
Toronto will have welcomed a World Cup ‘interlull’ after a nine-game winless run in MLS, but that situation may not be rectified against the New England Revolution.
The Canadiens have kept just two clean sheets all season, while Eastern Conference leaders Nashville are the only eight teams to keep a clean sheet on their trip to New England this season.
Three of the Revolution’s seven home goals came in that game and they should be able to come out on top against their uncertain visitors.
Shwi and the woman
Inter Miami vs Chicago Fire – Hugo Cuypers scoring, over 2.5 goals and over 10.5 corners – 5/1
One of the most eye-catching games of the MLS comeback is the match between Inter Miami and the Chicago Fire.
As Miami will be without rising star Lionel Messi, the Fire will fancy their chances and there are Bet Builder opportunities to be found, especially with Hugo Cuypers on the scoresheet.
The Belgian has scored 13 goals in the MLS this season and could add to his tally in a game where plenty of goals are expected.
Six of Chicago’s seven games have featured at least three and there have been a total of 33 in Inter’s last five games, so over 2.5 goals looks like a strong addition.
There could also be more than 10 corners as Miami has averaged eight per home game this season and Chicago could also contribute.
Acca
Aberdeen, Braga, Charlotte and Vancouver will all win – 22/5
Four games made the acca, starting with Aberdeen defeating Queen Of The South in an evening only Scottish League Cup game.
The Dons have started well in this competition, having already defeated Brora Rangers and Queen’s Park, so the high skill of the Scottish Premiership team should shine again.
Serbian side Pancevo are making their debut in Europe but face a tough task in the Conference League against Braga, who reached the semi-finals of the competition last season.
That experience should stand them in good stead and the Portuguese side are expected to walk away with a first-leg advantage.
Atlanta United took just one point from their last four games before the MLS break, so Charlotte has a good chance to build on the victories they sent to Toronto and the New England Revolution during the break.
Both Vancouver and FC Cincinnati have lost one of their nine league games, but it could pay to keep up with the Canadians, as their opponents have conceded at least twice in ten of their last 12 games, leaving them vulnerable.
