Premier League hopefuls Manchester United have unveiled their new Adidas shirt as part of the club’s kit for the 2026/27 season.

Snapdragon sponsors are prominently featured on the front of the shirt, which was announced in July and is colored blue.

A tonal stripe runs throughout the fabric with red and white detailing along the V-neck collar and sleeve cuffs.

Bryan Mbeumo, Kobbie Mainoo, Benjamin Sesko and Jess Park are some of the stars who showed off the kit. Here are the key details on the release.

Manchester United 2026/27 kit: When will it be worn first?

United will wear the design for the first time against Rosenborg at the Lerkendal Stadion in Trondheim on Friday (17:00 BST / 12:00 ET / 09:00 PT).

They will wear the shirt eight days later against Atletico Madrid at the Strawberry Arena in Stockholm, where they won the Europa League title in 2017.

The look is inspired by the look the club adopted in the late 1980s, and United won the European Cup – now the Champions League – in 1968 and the Europa League in 2017 while wearing the same colours.

How to buy Man United 26/27 kit

The kit is available at United’s online store, other Adidas locations and the Adidas web store.

The manufacturer’s three stripes are on the shoulders in red for a “sharp running edge”, with the club crest and Adidas Trefoil logo on the chest in what looks to be “balancing tradition with modern design cues”.

The shirt is said to be “designed for elite performance” with lightweight fabrics to “enhance fit and freedom of movement”.
